VMI, a Women-owned Colorado Corporation since 1997, is run by
Duane and Christine.
With
over a decade of pesticide application experience our President,
Duane Lindmier was responsible for spraying Open Space Parks and
all the Roadsides within Jefferson County during the years of
1994-2005.
In his dealings with the county he educated the public on a
daily basis being responsible for the Herbicide Hotline as well
as manning booths at the Jefferson County Expo and the State
fair in Pueblo.
His continued commitment to the Division of Wildlife by
participating in the Purple Loosestrife campaign in and around
the Denver area was commended annually.
We are quite proud that the Colorado Weed Management Association
in December of 2002 honored Duane with the prestigious Weed
Manager of the Year Award.
Since 1997, Christine has served as a spray technician
garnering extensive knowledge from this experience. She has
attended all the same continuing education courses as Duane
and acquired her Qualified Supervisor licenses
in Ornamental Pest and Turf Pest Control
in 2005. She also has plans to become a certified
Arborist.
Her varied
background in Operations, Human Resources and Sales &
Marketing coupled with her Bookkeeping skills round out the
organization quite well.
